Built on Trust, Driven by Results

For over six years, we've been helping entrepreneurs navigate the complex world of business acquisition. Our approach isn't about quick fixes or empty promises – it's about building real knowledge that lasts.

What Drives Everything We Do

Honest Education Over Hype

We believe in teaching real skills, not selling dreams. Our courses focus on practical knowledge that actually applies in the business world. When Garrett first started teaching acquisition strategies in 2019, he made a promise to never oversell what students could expect.

"I remember telling my first cohort that half of them probably wouldn't complete their first acquisition within two years. Turned out I was right – but the ones who did were incredibly well-prepared because we'd covered every realistic scenario."

Long-term Learning Relationships

Business acquisition isn't something you learn in a weekend workshop. We've structured our programs to span months, not days, because real understanding takes time to develop. Our students often stay connected years after completing their initial training.

We still get emails from 2021 graduates asking for advice on their third or fourth acquisition. That's exactly the kind of ongoing relationship we want to maintain.

Regional Focus, Global Insights

Operating from our Terrebonne office gives us deep insight into Canadian business markets, but we draw lessons from acquisition trends worldwide. This combination helps our students understand both local opportunities and broader industry patterns.

Our Q3 2024 market analysis showed unique opportunities in Quebec's manufacturing sector that our students were among the first to recognize and act on.

How We Actually Work

Most business education feels disconnected from reality. Students learn theories that sound impressive but fall apart when they try to apply them to actual deals. We've built our entire approach around closing that gap.

Every case study we use comes from real acquisitions completed by our graduates or network partners. When we talk about due diligence processes, we're sharing templates that have been used in actual transactions, not academic examples.

Our next comprehensive program starts in September 2025. We deliberately keep cohorts small – typically 15-20 students – because personalized attention makes the difference between theoretical knowledge and practical skills.

Our Students' Success Principles

After working with hundreds of aspiring business owners since 2019, we've identified the patterns that separate successful acquisitions from failed attempts. These principles guide everything we teach.

  • 1

    Patient Capital Deployment

Rushing into deals is the fastest way to overpay or miss critical issues. Our most successful graduates typically evaluate 50+ opportunities before making their first acquisition. We teach systematic evaluation processes that help students identify the right deals rather than just any deals.

  • 2

    Deep Market Understanding

Generic business knowledge isn't enough for successful acquisitions. Students need to understand specific industries, regional market conditions, and regulatory environments. We spend significant time on market research methodologies and industry analysis techniques.

  • 3

    Network-Based Deal Flow

The best acquisition opportunities rarely appear on public marketplaces. Building relationships with brokers, accountants, lawyers, and industry insiders creates access to better deals with less competition. We help students develop these professional networks systematically.
